The Chamber Choir of Grand Rapids presents Sing Me to Heaven, its annual spring concert, at 3:00 pm on Sunday, April 27, 2025 at the Mayflower Congregational Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We are led by Artistic Director Kara Stevens. 

The concert celebrates the impact music has on us throughout our lives. The concert’s title and themes come from Daniel Gawthrop’s choral anthem “Sing Me to Heaven,” which opens the concert. Pieces by Eric Whitacre and Gerald Finzi are also on the program. We will conclude with Morten Lauridsen’s Lux Aeterna, a five-movement masterpiece that includes “O Nata Lux,” which we also sang at our Christmas Concert last December.
